Although the idea of a flying city has been around for quite some time, it would most probably not be in the next 50-100 years that human beings develop the technology and materials that would keep a whole city up in the air. One of the main reasons for that would be the power of gravity that would have to be overcome. Nevertheless, the idea of having your house on cloud nine is quite intriguing and provokes some thought.
